2917 Toyota Rav4 We enjoyed buying our new vehicle at Vernon Toyota, our salesman Bruce was very knowledgeable about all the models and fun to deal with. Being over 6 foot tall it was nice to find a model that had lots of both head and leg room.
Service The staff was great. They brought an item to my attention, which it could have been costly if not found. I was treated with respect and up most courtesy. I love my Rav and I will buy another one when the time comes. Best dealership I have ever had to deal with, that from purchasing to service. I would recommend Vernon Toyota to everyone I know. Great staff and service!!

Pretty darn good Went to Vernon toyota because I had some blemishes and surface corrosion on my 2015 tundra. Service manager was very knowledgable, knew just what to do. Let me know that I could fix the problem myself, or they could do it ( I had them do it). Truck was returned to me on time, and looking like a million bucks. Cost of $400 was pretty steep, but it was quoted, so no surprises. Staff were nice enough.
Shopping for dad to find a good used pickup truck. I heard there was a used Chevy 1/2 ton pick up on the lot for sale and stopped in on a Friday afternoon to have a look. I was met by a friendly sales consultant, Marty Taylor. Very helpful, very accommodating and listened to understand my needs for my 81 year old dad. Noise in Trunk We made an appointment to have the dealership check a banging noise coming from the trunk area of our 2017 Camry when going over a bump on the highway. They took it for a test drive and heard the noise we were concerned about then provided us with a temporary vehicle while they worked on the solution. Disappointed Been going to this place for a few years, never had a probalem everything is always excellent quality, price and service. This time payed 89.00$ for a deluxe car wash. It wasn't well done, found many spots that were not cleaned at all even some pieces of dirt on the outside of the car untouched. Disappointed about it.
