The Service Department at ToyotaTown is first-rate. My Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous, always lets me know well ahead of my service appointment what maintenance/service will be done, what the expected time frame for the vehicle service is and what the approximate breakdown of the cost for the service will be barring any unforeseen items.
