Excellent sales experience during purchase of new Rav4 Hybrid. No use of sales tactics, no push for purchase of extras. Very transparent during each process Shawn was extremely helpful and kept me updated on status of vehicle delivery schedule. On day of vehicle delivery everything was ready and I was out of dealership within the hour with new vehicle.
