I've been going to ToyotaTown since 2017 when we moved to London. My husband unfortuanelty is on disability and uses a walker, so it's my income that keeps our family going. My car is old but paid for. ToyotaTown has been beyond amazing each time I went in. Dennis has been so brilliant and honest with me about everything that pops up on my 2007 Yaris. We want to thank all the staff at Toyota Town especially Dennis Dabous. We had an issue with our Rav4 not starting for us. This is the first time our car has let us down. The issue was the battery. Always excellent service from Todd Servant and members of the Service department. Todd is very knowledgeable in explaining all facets of what needs to be done to both my wife’s Rav 4 and my Corolla. I like to thank Shawn with the purchase of the 2024 Toyota Tundra TRD Offroad. It was a long haul but it was worth it. The truck was exactly what I wanted and more. Thanks again Shawn Till the next new vehicle.
They fixed my tire and rim faster and cheaper when I was told at another shop it would cost much more and take longer.
