I called in with a flat tire and was taken a few hours after my call. The tire could not be repaired and none was in stock, so they put on my compact spare tire and sent me home for the weekend. MJ called me first thing Monday morning and arranged for me to come in within the hour. Exceptional service by MJ who also arranged for warranty coverage.
