I have dealt with MJ for years. He AWAYS gives excellent service and August 19/20 was no exception. Explains everything clearly ( even if it is going to be costly), gives good estimates, and clear time guidelines. Too bad

My car would not start was towed to Toyota Town. Over my 15 years with Toyota Reception always answers my call right away, then I get transferred to service to get voicemail. Dennis called back quickly which was awesome. He explained there were no appointments for two days but said they would try to look at it tomorrow. Dennis Dabous is my Service Advisor at Toyotatown. This time he helped the team get to the bottom of an unusual brake problem. I can always count on Dennis to make sure my 2012 Corolla is running safely and smoothly. I've had many service advisors over the years, but Dennis is the best.
Ken was great to deal with with my limited time and availability! He gave great advice and was very honest.
