Great service which I appreciate and value
I was very disappointed with the cleaning detail. I paid for a gold service and was told that it would be like new. I had to point out garbage on the floor and candy that had not been cleaned up and unfortunately, I did not look in all the cupholders, and found later after they took it twice to clean those things that there was still dirt and cupholders. They did take it in right away and fix the two areas that I pointed out. It was unfortunate that I did not check everything before they cleaned it again. I don’t understand ... read more

LaToya is amazing. 😊 She is professional, patient, and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. She follows through on everything and never misses a beat. She always remembers the 10% discount which is greatly appreciated!!! I've been with Toyota-Town for over 20 years and have had some bad experiences with two service advisors in particular. ToyotaTown regularly gives me the best service of any dealership that I have ever dealt with. Bear in mind that my wife and I have owned 10 new vehicles between us (not Toyotas) up until this one. Toyotatown gets me in right away, the wait is always reasonable, they fix my car professionally and efficiently, let me know if anything else is needed, wash the car and then get it back to me at a very reasonable cost.
