Excellent Service Once Again I had my vehicle serviced at ToyotaTown (and it's not even a Toyota) for regular maintenance and summer tires. Have been for over 10 years. Rob, the Service Advisor was excellent as so is the entire staff. I love that they have a few workstations with WIFI so you can work while waiting. They always make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. I bought my last two vehicles at Toyota mainly for the service, and I'm in the process of buying a third. Another amazing experience!!! I brought my 4Runner in today for some regular maintenance, covered under my extended warranty, and to have a block heater installed. As usual, Todd Servant, the Service Advisor, slotted me in exactly when I could go and had the shuttle pick me up at exactly the right time. Excellent Staff, Great Dealership and Experience My wife and I came to Toyota Town in London in search of a new vehicle for her, and Ken immediately was able to assist us in finding exactly what she needed in a 2019 Corolla Hatchback. Great Service All of the staff were very friendly and thanks to Brian, I am now driving my 2019 Highlander Hybrid.
