Friendly knowledgeable staff Work is always done professionally and feedback is appreciated. I would suggest advisers approach customers directly with future issues and recommendations rather than depending on service desk folks to explain the statements of service.

The search for a new truck brought me back to Toyota Town where I had previously purchased our Rav4. The service and follow up from this dealership brought me back for my next purchase. I was welcomed immediately by my previous sales representative Sean OGrady when he recognized that I'd entered the sales area. Excellent I have been a customer of Toyota Town since 1998 when I purchased my first Toyota there. Since that time Toyota Town has done great work looking after all my Toyota Vehicles. The dealership is excellent and I would highly recommend it . I drive quite a distance from my home to take my vehicles there because I trust the work they do. Great My husband and I went to toyato town to look for a truck . It was a first visit there . The service was great we talked Justin Maki he asked a lot of questions what we looking for in truck he explained the difference between the two trucks and the package. I forgot to mention my husband has a disability. Justin didn't treat my husband any differently like most people do he treated him with respect . I recommend toyato town and speak with Justin
