Excellent service This is our second purchase from this dealership. Staff took time to explain the vehicle, explain the trade in process, answered our questions. Financial Services Manager Vladimir explained warranties, options to get the most out of our purchase, Sales and Leasing Specialist Baz Afara was very informed about Toyota vehicles, he took the time to explain the interior and exterior options of our vehicle in a way in which we could understand.

My new car! I just purchased my 5th Corolla. This is the second time I have dealt with Toyotatown and I really appreciated how they went above and beyond helping me through the process. Ovi was helpful and thorough and Nicole worked to find me the vehicle in the color I wanted and was not happy until I was fully satisfied with my choice. I am very pleased with how things all unfolded and excited with my new car.

sales experience We were pleased with our recent purchase. The only hitch was that our Insurance certificates were not available - don't know if our insurance company didn't send them or if they were misplaced at the dealership - not a big deal as I will just have the insurance company send them to me via email.I really preferred the actual purchase i.e. we were given a fair price for our trade with no haggling and unlike other dealers we didn't have to provide a deposit to make an offer.
