Excellent Customer Service I visited the service dept. for regular maintenance and for a safety certificate to prepare for buying my 2014 Toyota Corolla out of a 5 year lease. I was treated like I was the most important person in her day by Amanda Krug in the Service Dept. at Toyotatown, London, ON. From start to finish the experience was extremely positive.

They helped me get into my new Rav4 Ken and Brian worked hard to get me my hard to get 2019 Rav4 EXL 4WD Hybrid. It was a replacement for my 2017 Rav4 that got written off in an accident. Amanda Krug and John Rossi I was in today to have Apple Car Play installed in my 2018 Camry XSE, hoping to overcome the myriad of unreliability problems presented by the Scout system which is totally unreliable. That problem seems to be overcome by Apple Car Play. Equally, if not more importantly, is the customer service provided once again by Amanda Krug and John Rossini, true professionals.
