On time, On budget, Looks like new. My 2016 RAV4 needed a service. Helena went over the details, ensured I knew where the coffee was, and assured me she would be in touch if needed. While in the shuttle, she phoned letting me know of the need to replace a couple of filters and cost. Had the Gold Treatment done too. Car looks like new. Thanks.
