Right amount of Attentiveness From point I drove my vehicle in the service doors she attended well to my concerns about my vehicle. I had to wait quite a while inside to have the techs evaluate a second problem and Helena kept me in the loop about recommended plans going forward. Gwen (Toyota Town) went above and beyond My husband and I were considering purchasing a 'new' RAV4 since we love ours so decided to check out Toyota Town in London. (we live in Sarnia). So a week ago we drove to London and got to meet Gwen, and very friendly, knowledgeable person. First Car Purchase - Fantastic Experience Test Drive To Sale I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma through Suzanne at Toyota Town London. Great experience, first time buyer This was my first experience buying a new car. Sylvia spent a lot of time with me discussing several models and options packages available. Great Service This dealership has been servicing my car for years and I've had excellent experiences with Rob Dako. I book the appointment directly through him and he makes sure to have all the necessary parts ordered and available the day of my arrival so that I don't have to return for a second trip.
