Ken Yates Provides Great Sales Support! Right from the start Ken was there to explain car features on a test drive. He communicated effectively through phone calls and email. He helped in the selection of my new CHR XLE Premium (colour, accessories, safety features) to my preference. Did not try to oversell. The transaction was made with ease and no stress. Solid Service Experience Service advisor Rob was very professional, explained and confirmed what I wanted done to the vehicle. Was easy to setup an appointment online as well. Vehicle was ready when promised and received a call indicating service was complete.
