Such a pleasant and easy experience at Toyotatown London. Couldn’t be happier with my RAV4 Hybrid too! Dawson was great to work with and Rita in finance is lovely. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, perfect quality in timely manner. The service advisor Ms. Enna Pinacho was was extremely helpful, nice, and professional. I rececenty purchased a preowned vehicle at Toyota-Town. I had a great experience dealing with my client rep Dawson Belanger. I’ve been purchasing vehicles for more than 40 years and it was one of the best experiences. Dawson was communicative, knowledgeable and most importantly low pressure. My family members are loyal customers as well. This is the busiest dealership in London because of their reputation.

Toyota Town can be a mixed bag. Sometimes they are so helpful, kind and just nice. This visit, service was quick, staff were efficient and helpful. Last visit I dealt with someone who didn't listen, and was so puffed up with himself it was incredible to see in a service position. Overall, still a decent place, and everyone is allowed a bad day.
Ken Yate was very patient and resourceful in finding my car. I will strongly recommend this dealership. The price and rate are comparatively good.

- Booked for 2:45, showed up at 2:37 and waited 15 min for someone to check me in (or frankly, talk to me) - was told it would 2hrs because they were backlogged, I booked for a tire change and basic oil change (indicating I was staying), 2hrs seems excessive for these services - car didn’t move in until 3:15…sat for 1/2hr before any work even started - internal tracking number was left on the vehicle (small, attention to detail…)
