Our family has been dealing with Shaun at Toyotatown for many years. We just purchased our 4th or 5th vehicle, we’ve lost track! We love our new 2025 RAV4. We keep going back because we are treated with respect, honesty and fairness. Great staff and dealership. We would absolutely recommend them.
Sylvia Donovan and Madison Crossett were outstanding listening to my wish list for a new vehicle from start to finish (deliver of the vehicle). I appreciate their professionalism when answering all my questions. I would use Sylvia and Madison again, but that will be in another four years since I now have a new car.
Sylvia was professional all the way through the process of me deciding which Corolla Cross I would get and then the paperwork and the patient waiting for the hybrid model to arrive. Which it did and I now have and am enjoying. Sylvia listened and delivered on everything she said was going to happen when the car arrived. I enjoy having Sylvia as the person at ToyotaTown to work with when it comes to getting a new vehicle.
