Great experience purchasing my vehicle here. Nezir was easy to talk to and patiently answered my questions about the models and their features. He was also great about checking in and giving updates about the vehicle! Hillary went over the finance side and was also patient and answered all my questions.
Excellent Sales Person, Gwen, was Thorough, Comprehensive, Reliable, Kind Hearted, and so efficient. She put in the time and the work before and after the sale to ensure my new car would meet my needs. We reviewed all the features of the car ensuring all my “must haves” were included. I got delivery of my new Toyota Corolla Le Hybrid on March 25th, 2025. Had a wonderful experience with Toyota Town. Mr James Kesteloot is an excellent and knowledgeable Product Adviser, who explained to me every details regarding the vehicle that highly facilitated my choice of model. On Financial side a meeting with Mr. Ben solved all my financial issues. Now I am enjoying driving my new Toyota Corolla Le Hybrid AWD. Just picked up a RAV4 XLE with Shawn Longworth as my Product Advisor, my first ever purchase from Toyota Town. I couldn’t have had a more excellent Advisor than Shawn. He is “top of the class”, very polite, easy to talk with and makes the customer very comfortable, took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle to the n’th degree that it’s almost mind boggling (for an old guy like me) but very much appreciated. Contact with staff was excellent. Shawn Longsworth was great to deal with. Answered all my questions and concerns and explained all aspects of the vehicle and purchase procedure.
