From the moment we walked in everyone was welcoming and friendly. Shawn was excellent in providing all the information we needed to understand the differences between the vehicles. Took us for a test drive and went over all the numbers. We told him we had another appointment for a test drive. So we thanked him for his time and went on our way. This was our first time at ToyotaTown. We were highly impressed. From our initial arrival to driving away with our new vehicle, we were treated with respect, all our questions and concerns were answered, and we felt cared for. It was a very busy day when we were there, yet we never felt rushed, Sylvia, Michael and Rita took all the time we needed throughout the entire process.
They helped us buy a car without pressuring for upsells and helped choose one that was right for us, not the most expensive model.
Geordie made us feel extremely comfortable to ask about anything that we were unsure about to ensure that we were completely satisfied with everything about our Toyota purchase. Geordie was friendly and patient with us. We are beyond pleased with our decision to visit ToyotaTown and feel fortunate that Geordie happened to be available to be our sales representative.
