Love my new Rav4 Both Geordie and Gwen took the time to thoroughly explain the features and benefits of my new (to me) Rav4! I am enjoying the new wheels, particularly the heated seats that I didn't think I would use!
I just bought a new 2020 4Runner, but had squeaky breaks 4 days after taking it home. This is also my 5th 4Runner in a row. My entire break system was redone to make sure everything was perfect. It worked! I always get Todd Servant to help me with service because he is great at explaining all issues and always ensures everything is done properly and to my satisfaction. Geordie was very helpful and well informed. I never felt under any pressure to make a purchase that I wasn’t ready for. The purchase process was very pain free.
Excellent service Very caring the thorough people at every level--secretary, service advisor, cashier, cafeteria attendant. I also appreciated their picking up on a couple of things of which I was not aware. I was particularly impressed with Todd Servant.
The experience was great overall. The only area of difficulty with the process was finding a vehicle to test drive as there were no hybrids available
