Todd is The MAN I needed my 50000 km service done. I don't travel extensively so it took 3years 3mths to get there. During the service my power steering was found to have faulty seals. Thankfully Todd went over and above my expentantions and was able to get the work done under warranty!!! Which was amazing because after paying for the service by budget belt was super tight. Thanks again Todd and Toyota for always going beyond the call of duty for the happiness and satisfaction of the customer

Excellent Service Helena was very courteous. she was very knowledgeable in what was the most important repairs that needed to be done. She was able to work with me in getting a shuttle. The shuttle driver was also very good. I highly recommend Toyota Town.

Ok service Purchased a 2019 Highlander in September 2109 Concern: 2019 with old maps in the Nav system. Their solution: purchase a $250 chip. REALLY? Facilities: Since I've been going to the dealership in September, the men's washroom door is in need of repair ... 6 months (or more). Maintenance?
