Family has purchased/serviced multiple vehicles here. My daily driven ‘15 tundra included. Although I never made it inside the shop for this bigger service when dropping my truck off- Helena was incredibly helpful. She understood and took note of my concerns with the service and made a great effort to accommodate my requests. kept me updated on pricing/suggested work etc. Very honest, didn’t feel as though I was trying to be sold on anything. Attention To Customer Relations Service Advisor Firis S and Service Director John R resolved a parts logistics issue to complete warranty service on my vehicle. They provided an alternate transportation arrangement while my vehicle was being serviced, and gave me regular status updates. Though the service took longer than originally anticipated, I was very satisfied with the way Firis and John handled my situation.
Pairing Bluetooth Yesterday, I was extremely pleased with the senior service advisor Jason DeFelice help with setting up my cellular phone and Bluetooth. He helped in an efficient manner and also paired my contacts with Bluetooth, which I had originally been told by a few other technicians this was not possible on my model of Matrix.
Until I came to Toyota Town for a second opinion,I had no idea that service for my vehicle could be this professional and thorough. Thank you.
TOP OF THE LINE COSTUMER SERVICE I was recently at TOYOTA TOWN to service my wife's car, while waiting I started to look at new car models. I was approached by Mr. Justin Maki who offer to help me.
