My experiences at Toyotatown are always good. They are polite, professional and great communicators! Todd was excellent. Even with co-vid things went smoothly and communication was easy.

2 year check Thanks Todd for your usual great care. Preferred "go to guy" for my service as a long time customer. Usually wait but this time with COVID decided not to but still tracked me down to keep me up to date on what needed to be done. Great to see Todd S and John R on my semi annual visits.
Todd was very personable, professional & helpful. Even in these uncertain times with Covid-19, he worked with his mask & gloves on. He took good care of me & other customers. He also provided me with an explanation of the package I had purchased so to remind me of what I can expect with future service visits Thank you Todd.
As always the service is excellent at Toyota town!!! I was especially impressed with the protocols they now have in place to keep everyone safe!
