another stellar service experience I own a 2012 Tundra with over 390,000 kms. It runs like a clock thanks to the outstanding service I get at Toyotatown every time. I needed some cooling hoses replaced due to deterioration over 8 years and the service was done in a timely fashion with attention to detail. The problem was identified on a previous visit for a scheduled oil change and the parts were ordered and installed as promised. The whole thing was quarterbacked in an expert fashion by Todd Servant.
Jason was great. He understood and respected the issues I had at north london toyota and did his best to rectify them here at toyota town. Again, I wish I had just come to Toyota town from the beginning. Service was fairly timely. obviously they had their own challenges with covid and social distancing but staff were professional. I just wish someone had actually explained what was done to my vehicle. The lady who gave me my receipt just said "you don't ow us anything, it is covered by warranty." Good experience - again Dealing with Toyota Town since 2007. This is my 4th lease and 3rd lease buyout. Always smooth and friendly transactions. My only concern is their trade-in valuation. Short of satisfactory. I managed to avoid trade-ins in the past but due to the current COVID situation I had to do it. Will try to avoid it in the future.
Robert has been servicing my 2010 Toyota Yaris since 2013 and he takes care of it really well, would recommend him to people who are looking for a guy who hopes to make their cars last for a while
