Excellent service with attention to social distancing I have been dealing with the service department at ToyotaTown for several years. I always appreciate the professional and personal attention Todd Servant provides. Jason was also most helpful in the parts department. This is the second car we have purchased with Shawn Longworth. He is professional, listened to our needs, and went out of his way to make sure we had all of our questions answered. I would highly recommend speaking to Shawn if you are looking for a new car.
Yearly check up, oil change and winter tires removed, spring Clean and kind atmosphere on arrival. I like the fact that Helena took the time to explain what was going to be done. I appreciate the comforts in our isolated time.
I just bought my car used from Toyotatown and they were super honest with me about scratch marks on it and everything. However, there were a couple of things I noticed when I used the car like the radio power button was not working and the back handle was broken. To be fair, these were very minor details that are easy to miss. When I approched Toyotatown with my concerns they set an appointment with me and fixed everything for free (I don't have a warranty with them).
