First time in during Covid I found Rob to be very professional right from the initial greeting and the Covid 19 instructions, Even though the process was so unusual given the pandemic, I knew by the way he was working his way through all of the issues of concern, that I was in good hands. He was friendly and courteous, and I would have no reservations recommending Rob to others.
I have been accessing the service department at Toyotatown for a decade and have had consistent, reliable, and affordable service. I trust that my car and my safety are a priority here.
Very Professional Excellent service from may initial call, dropping off my vehicle, follow up call with pricing, repair completed the following day. Protocols in place for COVID-19 which made me feel comfortable. Overall great experience.

HELPFUL I had come to get a diagnostic on the car......as a second opinion. I am happy I did because I was told I needed a new computer....such was not the case...the technition had me come to his station, showed me what the diagnosis was and that all I needed was a new Coil and spark plug. I would also like to mention Mustafa a service advisor, for the friendly and courteous handling of my appointment.
