Firstly Rob went over all the changes due to Covid, then what would be happening with my vehicle, he made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
A comfortable and relaxing experience. Being someone who has only owned second hand cars since he was able to drive, I found my first experience of buying from a dealership quite enjoyable. I am very happy with my Corolla, and found that Sylvia and Rita made the whole experience very comfortable for me.
Recall appointment Rob explained the recall reason and work to be done. He was friendly and very helpful as he always has been. He reviewed the Covid19 procedures in place at the dealership.
I came in for a 5-6 hour recall on my Corolla. I mentioned to Rob that I was from out of town and he said he would do his best to get me out of London ASAP. Rob phoned me and told me that was my car was done... In half the time! Very happy that I didn’t have to wait around all day. Rob also did a great explaining what Toyota Town was doing in regards to social distancing and sanitization during covid. Thanks Rob!
Dependable Service. Thorough Explanations - Thanks Jason! Jason DeFelice was great at helping me through purchasing new tires, rotors, regular #3 service and getting a replacement windshield. Warranty service I had to take my 2020 tundra in for a warranty service plus a check up . Todd was as always the best most knowledgeable service adviser I have had the pleasure of dealing with . I highly recommend Todd.
Another Fabulous Experience!!! I just had my snow tires removed, later than usual because of Covid, and my Service Advisor Todd Servant was excellent as usual! He had to help me change my appointment a couple of times and he managed to fit me in exactly when I had time! He had my tires changed with extra time taken to balance them, as I requested.
