Robert Dako I recently brought my Highlander in for service (which was long overdue). Robert Dako was my contact and I can't honestly say, he was the best serviceman I have ever encountered. Very thorough in his explanations and with the Covid isolation he was most attentive. I will definitely ask for Robert any time I have to have my car serviced.
Worry Free Service I have been a client of Toyotatown for many years and during that time Robert Dako has provided sincere, honest advice with any of the issues I have had with my vehicles. He is always patient and is well versed in anything automotive. In his presentation, he instills confidence that I am a valued customer and that the service provided will be to high standard. Well Organized My service was done because of a recall and it went very smoothly. On arrival Instructions given were clear and concise and I was contacted earlier than expected when my car was ready. Instructions when leaving were also easy to follow and it was apparent that the inside of my car had been disinfected/cleaned re Covid 19. Amanda Krug - Service Advisor Extraordinaire Amanda is always pleasant and easy to deal with. Always has a smile (even when it's covered with a mask). She explains things well/fully, seeks approval to proceed. She goes above and beyond; given I have a hearing impairment, this is much appreciated.
