Firis oversaw a series of three (3) appointments for major service on my vehicle over the last month. I am impressed and pleased at the level of care and attention he has shown, having consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. I just leased a 2020 Rav4 LE from Toyota Town from Gwen Jones and my overall experience was amazing. Gwen made me feel comfortable and listened to when I told her my needs and my budget. Andre in financing was also amazing and so kind and really broke things down for me very well. I felt very well taken care of. Picked up the new Rav4 from ToyotaTown and I love it! Ken and Gwen made things very quick and easy. Janine in the finance department was very sweet and made things so comfortable and simple. My service advisor "Firis Sharif" was great to deal with from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. They were all very helpful explaining the procedure as far as the covid situation. I was taken in promptly at my appointment time and Amanda phoned me to let me know when my car was ready to pick up. I am definitely with the service I was given.
