Firis always substantially exceeds expectations. He is a knowledgeable, professional, and excellent communicator. When there is an issue, he listens, then he explains the issue and the solutions. He tries to serve as soon as possible. Once there was a tire problem, and there was no appointment. But, Firis asked me to bring the car. Firis was great at quickly reinstalling an interior kick panel on my daughter's car ( pasenger side in 2014 Corolla). I did not have an appointment, but he quickly came out and within seconds had snapped the panel back in place. Made my day. Great service!

Went in to address a strange noise under my car when I speed up. As usual, customer service was great and the fix was reasonably priced. Will always be my go-to place.
Mustafa was able to get us in quickly after we found a piece of metal in our tire. Unfortunately, the puncture was on the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced, but the replacement tire and getting the tire back on the vehicle was done quickly. On the service side, I wish they had cleaned off the grease from mounting the wheel a little better, rather than leaving it up to me.
The experience was very satisfactory. Great service.my car was on a recall for a new airbag and The service was quick and efficient. The Covid protocol was well managed.
