AAA experience!!!! You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got Brian. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. Brian is very helpful and he listens. My Rav4 purchase went quickly smooth and the price was fantastic. I highly recommend ToyotaTown and Brian the super product advisor! For my next vehicle purchase, I am seeking out Brian.
Geordie was easy to work with pleasant and had all the time in the world for me. He happily arranged a test drive (even in Covid) and really advocated for the best price. This is the 4th car we have purchased or leased thru Sylvia Donovan at ToyotaTown. We come from Guelph as the people and service here are tremendous. Sylvia is very knowledgeable and has helped us with every deal. We were referred to her by a previous neighbour and have never been disappointed. I have recommended her to another friend and she was happy too. I just wish they were in our town!!
