I dealt with Kevin for booking appt., Todd (service greeter), Amanda (service advisor) & Nathalie cashed me out. Each and everyone of them were professional and a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend anyone to go to ToyotaTown for servicing of their vehicle.
Had my first visit to your service department July 14…excellent experience was made to feel very welcome as well felt your employees to be most competent! When you talk to John Rossini and Todd Servant, you will feel like you're talking to old friends, ones that are always willing to help you out and give you the right advice. Toyota Town is Toyota Service Management approved, and for good reason. If there's anything you feel about the job is not done to your expectations, they are always willing to make it right. The moment my wife and I entered Toyota Town center, we were greeted with friendliness and smiles from the staff. Hiacynta accommodated us with her enthusiasm and assisted us in checking the vehicle that we booked for drive testing. After driving it, we found some issues that made us decide not to get it. So, we asked Hiacynta if we could try a different car. My first time having my Rav detailed. Chelsea and Marwin did a superb job. I had a couple of questions the next day. Amanda was absent that day, so my questions were answered by Chelsea and Marwin and my concern dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Great staff. Highly recommend the detailing service provided.
I have worked with Dennis on an issue for my 2016 Corolla, and he gave me all scenarios and tried to give a variety of options for parts, the next visit I was still hearing noises, Dennis didn't save any effort to diagnose the issue and let me make a test drive with service manager, he didn't want me to leave until making me happy with service provided
