Hiacynta was incredibly helpful in my recent used Rav4 purchase, staying late and coming in on her day off to help me get things finalized. Andre de Coning was also very helpful, and kept the paperwork process easy and straightforward.

Firis is an excellent service professional. He is specific and smart to find the issue and root cause of the problem. He respects our time, and understands what is urgent and /or important for his clients. He strives to exceed expectations ahead of agreed upon time frame without compromising quality. Such caliber makes it difficult for me to shift to another dealer or brand as I do not want to loose superior cost effective services.

I took my car in for servicing this past week, and the service advisor MJ Rizkalla was most helpful. When I arrived, and after confirming why I was there, he asked me if there was anything else that was needed. So I told him that the car was going to need another service appt in the next few weeks.
