My visit to Toyota Town was amazing! Very friendly staff who truly care about their customers. My advisor Firis was very polite as well as respectful. He did a wonderful job exlaining the recommendations made by the technician to me and even walked me through the benefits and purposes of what was recommended. Very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be requesting him next time I come for service!
