I would like to rate you at at least ten stars! I have been dealing with My Rizkalla the last few times and have never been as happy! He is so thoughtful and considerate. I’m close to 80 and Now have to use a walker…. He helps me get the walker in and out of the car without hesitating..He makes certain that’s he’s aware of any concern I may have with my car,,…. Hi Karen, thanks so much for the kind words and we are very proud to have MJ on our Team! Our shuttle service is now operational again and we do provide a loaner vehicle for the Gold Package Detailing as it takes about 7 hours and needs to fully dry overnight from the thorough shampooing. So sorry about the car wash, we are still washing but sometimes weather or maintenance can shut down the wash. I went in for service and spring 'tire-swap'. I was greeted politely and cheerfully, taken in quickly, and the service was done well and quickly at which point they notified me by phone. Picked it up, paid my sensible bill, got in the car and came home. Does it get any easier than that? I think not.
