As soon as Toyota launched the new RAV4 Hybrid Limited last year, we could not wait to get our ands on one. Sylvia made it happen. A year later we are still in love with our RAV4 Hybrid Limited, Sylvia and ToyotaTown!!! This our fourth RAV4 from ToyotaTown and Sylvia, and it is simply the best. Shawn allowed me to have a great experience at Toyota. He promised me to deliver my Rav4 within a certain time frame, and he went above and beyond to fulfill his promise. He is really professional at what he does and explains everything that comes with my new car in details. I have always received very good customer service and excellent service to my vehicle at this dealership.
The best customer service there is: from the Service Manager, Ed Dodich, (a super human being) to Geordie Hock, the sales representative for the purchase of the sienna. Service is punctual and treated with absolute respect and courtesy. There is always detailed explanation and time spent to get me to understand, as I am not a "car person".
