Gwen and Rita were very helpful and friendly while helping me through the process of purchasing my new Toyota Camry, excellent customer care from both ladies.
I dropped my car off the evening before my service was to take place. Todd Servant kept me up to date via telephone regarding the service my car needed and the cost of that service. Also, Todd contacted the warranty company to make sure that any work performed under the warranty was covered. Todd was very pleasant to deal with. He was both professional and friendly. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service at Toyota Town. My Sienna 2007 had a problem with the ABS actuator. It turned out that this part burned out due to a short circuit somewhere in the wiring system of the car. It was not easy to get to this diagnosis and find out the true cause of the problem. MJ Rizkalla, as always, a man of integrity, competence and knowledge, explained to me the progress of the diagnostic process step by step until it was settled.
