Jason, has always been my go to guy! He is the best Senior Service Advisor at TT. He explains you so well about the wear and tear of your car and helps you to understand the repairs done on the car. I felt heard and respected and Todd did a great job explaining things. I also appreciated that things were still spaced out for social distancing and for the most part the staff wore masks.

Just purchased my Rav 4, XSE Hybrid. my sales lady Hycintha and finance lady Rita were super great. I ordered the car in January expecting a 6 month wait but was pleasantly surprised to hear it was coming in a lot sooner. The car arrived in May. Firis the service advisor is beyond kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He always greets you with a warm smile, and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with the service each time. I refuse to see anyone besides him for my car
I have always had a great experience bringing my Rav 4 in for inspection at Toyotatown. I have had the pleasure of being served by Dennis both times I have been in. Jason is one of the reasons we keep coming back for service at Toyotatown. He is courteous, engaged and will give you the straight goods. If you don’t really need something replaced right away he will tell you. He will often source replacement parts at a reasonable price.
