The greeter was professional and respectful. Dennis was friendly and communicated clearly. He did not try to sell service that was not required. He explained things at the end of the visit so I knew what was done and what service will be required at the next visit.

Thank you Jason for your accountability and ownership when you realized the situation I was dealing with. Having been dropped off to pick up my car only to have to return minutes later as the issue resurfaced. The department was closed/closing, and as a customer I was confused as to what had happened and worried as I had critical commitments I required my vehicle for. I appreciate everything that Jason does when i take my car in for service. He is professional and efficient. Jason explains everything to me thoroughly before the work is done. ToyotaTown is always punctual with their appointments, and I get good service for a reasonable price. I trust Jason's advice to keep my car in good condition and to advise on an preventative maintenance as well. And great customer service from Nathalie.
Michael was very accommodating, friendly, explained to us thoroughly every detail that we should know about our car purchase, we really appreciate the time and patience answering our questions as much as he can.
