The entire staff are very professional. This was my first time at the dealer but will not be my last.
Jason and ToyotaTown are fantastic. 11.5/10. Car was dead and they resurrected it from the ashes, bringing it back to life in full swing. My car is driving like a Porsche Taycan Turbo S again. Jason was very helpful through my visits at Toyotatown, he helped me find the issue every time and was considerate of my situation. He is the reason why I kept coming back whenever I had a problem with my car. I would say by far that he is the best specialist that I have dealt wit in London and he deserves all the credits! I went into Toyota Town looking to buy my first ever brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. I fortunately met Gwen Jones and Rita Dalal, who were both able to help guide me through this process. GWEN was extremely helpful and very informative! My Mom had a car accident and was not expecting to have to replace her car. Gwen was so kind and understanding and really helped with the entire process. Gwen's approach was just what we needed after going through the logistics and emotions of an accident and buying a car! way to go Gwen and PLEASE ask for her, you wont be disappointed.
