Exemplary customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, personal, highly professional. Dennis Dabous was beyond helpful with an emergency tow and service at ToyotaTown London. I felt I had found a friend helping me deal with a difficult Rav 4 problematic performance issue. I had to be towed as I believed my Rav 4 was unsafe and undrivable.
The dealership is clean, friendly, and quick to communicate. Shuttle service was good to get to and from the dealership.
Toyotatown was up front and honest with me. They told me what the previous Toyota dealership had been charging me for that wasn’t necessary every time I went for service. Savannah was Kind, courteous, and efficient. She took the time to check if my free oil changes were done, and made sure to look after the issue with my fuse.
Dennis was very prompt and friendly when coming in for my tire change appointment. My daughter and I were both greeted with a smile and very well taken care of. He is definitely one of the reasons why I visit this location in particular here in London!
My entire family had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle at ToyotaTown. Hyacinta was by far the best sales department representative I have ever worked with in 30+ years. My experience at Toyota Town was wonderful, greeted right as soon as I arrived with kind and friendly staff.
