I brought our 2018 Toyota Highlander to the dealership for its regular service. Handling the vehicle was M.J. Rizkalla, the service advisor. My experience with ToyotaTown has been wonderful. They have been very helpful in informing me about any updates on the vehicle that I ordered. Kevin Swan, Nezir Hussein, and Rita Dalal have been amazing during the whole process. They were very courteous and friendly and were always willing to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. I felt like I was properly being taken care of and treated with respect. They have made the experience very pleasant and stress-free.
I had a rumble strip noise from the front after a maintenance service. I couldn't go back as I had the last appointment on the day and the dealership was closing. Enna was vary accommodating when I reported the issue and arranged to take a look in the morning on the next business day itself. Apparently it was a feathered tire. Very happy with the way Enna dealt with the situation.
