On my service appointment in July Todd Servant at Toyotatown made the appointment for Aug 10 to do a recall for the timing chain. This was noted at the specified service appointment in July with oil leak at the front. He was very efficient in setting up pick up times for me with the shuttle service and kept me informed of the time needed to complete the work.
They are always professional knowledgeable and accommodating and don’t try to upsell me - which I really appreciate!
