Neelam has helped me in the past few days during extended work on my car. She's excellent at listening, at going through any work orders in detail ensuring that everything is understood, and just generally goes out of her way to help. I think she is terrific and makes you feel like 'family' when you bring your car in for service. It's little wonder that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The whole team is sensational.
This past year, I've had the good fortune to bring my car into Toyota on the Park's service department for accident repairs. Unbelievably great service and support. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the facility itself is a pleasure to visit. There is no other place that I would trust the care of my to other than the Service Manager, Mario Ng, and his staff. Highest recommendation!
