Maureen was very helpful and friendly. Overall the experience was great, just when getting the car the person showing us how the car works (Ovidiu) didn't make us feel comfortable and wasn't smiling at all!
Maureen was my sales specialist and she so helpful. I also made this review on google because i want everyone to see. She was so respectful and caring. And this lady never got mad I was always late for my appointment. Plus I looked unexciting first time I met her, after being disappointed by the dealers here in Brampton. Maureen made me relax (made me hot chocolate) and I wish she saw more smile from me. Lol Thank you Maureen for being kind and professional .

It was great experience buying a car. They have knowledgeable staff. Dealing with Maureen was way more convenient and she handled process with ease. Also, she is always available for help. Just had bad experience with delivery guy, he was not looking that enthusiastic.

My 2007 Yaris with 360,000 km on it pretty well died just as I got off highway 401 from out of town. I had it towed to Toyota On The Park and found Alisha to be fabulous and knowledgeable. .Knowing it was an emergency, she squeezed me in even though obviously I had no appointment. They diagnosed the issue and brought in the parts and had the car back on the road to return to our own town 2 hours away. Amazing service from Alisha and her team at Toyota on The Park! Keith F
