Excellent dealership
My husband and I just bought our new RAV4 from Peter D'Costa and were very impressed by his attentiveness, thoroughness and honesty. Neither of us were too keen about car dealerships in general, but Peter changed my opinion. I felt we could trust him and he did not let us down in anything. I recommend him without reservation to anyone interested in buying a car from Toyota.
So my wife already wrote a review when we first signed our deal, I just want to reiterate how impressed I was with the honesty, sincerity with genuinely wanting to get my wife her car and be sure she was happy. Always great service, very professional and informative. Rashed Islam, Sarah Attayee and Jason Banwell are always patient through the whole process when explaining it to myself and my mom. This is the second time we came to Toyota on the Park to purchase a vehicle. We came the 2nd time, both times buying for my mother, and she was wanted to go back because her experience was amazing. She always feels comfortable when dealing with Rashed.
It’s the second vehicle purchased from Lexus On the Park and thethird deals with Peter D'Costa. The staff responded to our requirements very patiently, and Peter makes his best efforts for getting better deals to us every time.
