Amazing service Me and my wife were looking for new car , than we saw new MDX 2019 at Northwest Toyota online. We decided to go and look at it. We saw Mark outside there who is very happy person than took to his cabin. We told him this is what we are looking. He did really good to explain everything to us . A great experience My wife and I dealt with Jordy Lee in finding a vehicle for our growing family. Jordy doesn't claim to know everything like the cliché sales guy but he knows a lot, and if he doesn't have an answer to any question he will to find out from someone who does. Amazing service absolutely amazing service. My husband and myself recently bought a new car from Jordy. He made both myself and my husband comfortable and treated as equals. Exceptional customer service experience Hanan never fails to deliver exceptional customer service. She accommodated a convenient appointment time and arranged transportation for me during the time that my vehicle was in for repairs. Without Hanan being at this location I would not drive the distance to this dealership as it is outside of my geographical area. I always enjoy coming to this location because of the care and service Hanan offers. Thank you Toyota for showing appreciation to your customers!
