Our family was looking for a new reliable vehicle & I was referred to Kingsway Toyota by a friend. I have never owned a Toyota before & was impressed with the reliability & safety of the vehicle. Went out of their way to address any concerns we had. Listened to what we wanted and suggested what we needed. Decided on the highlander hybrid as a middle ground between venza and sequoia LOL. No pressure sales and came through on "give us a chance to find you a highlander hybrid", eventually landing a 2013 demo model at a reduced price that better suited our budget. Second new car bought from this dealership and when the wife decides (if ever) to replace her 2006 yaris hatchback we'll be back again to see Ron.
Mark was great about keeping me up to date with new inventory and finding what I wanted. He kept the process simple and easy. No pressure and I love my purchase.

I found everyone so friendly and helpful even to a point that I discovered an issue that I am going to look at resolving (which affects my credit rating). Ron made the process very easy. The dealership was recommended to me by a family member and they didn't disappoint.
