Very friendly accommodating service from both Ron and Mike. Professional and never pushy. We had just settled with our insurance company about the total loss of our 2010 Corolla after a rear-ender, and hours later we received a call from Ron at Kingsway simply wanting to ask us about how we liked our Toyota. What timing and totally random! As it turned out they ended up as one of three Toyota dealerships vying for our business, and we found the best deal from Kingsway Toyota. We would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I are expecting our first child, so selection of the right vehicle is very important. The staff at Kingsway Toyota (paired with their awesome website) were very helpful, knowledgeable, but most importantly took customer service to heart. All of their suggested vehicles were within my price range and met my requirements, I received no hassle or forced to upgrade on warranties, etc, and had a very positive experience all around. I searched for a dealership, approximately one month went by and I was getting quite frustrated with the service I was receiving. I would make an appointment and the salesman or saleswoman would tell me they have what I was searching for, I would go into to make the deal and they would have a totally different vehicle for me to test drive, informing me that this is similar to the one that i have been approved for.
