Outstanding services and extremely friendly I arrived on Thursday night to look for replacement vehicle. Scott asked me what are my needs for the vehicle and they showed me different options. I test drove several vehicle and made the purchase the very next day (Friday). They were able to put in a rush request and get the vehicle delivered on the same day!! I was able to drive my new vehicle back to Fort McMurray. I just want to mention how the service were OUTSTANDING. This dealership will not disappoint you!
I will tell anyone looking for a car to stop here first From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Maja came to help immediately and asked questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. I wasn't sure if I could get financing but Maja knew I needed a vehicle so she saw what she could do. She and Chris were able to get me the vehicle I wanted with reasonable financing.

Awesome dealership I went to another Toyota dealer first and Kingsway second. Kingsway was far and away a much better place to purchase a vehicle from. I was helped right from the very beginning when I was looking at a used 4Runner. I ended up being approved for a new one and they went the extra mile to order one in and to make sure I experienced superior customer service. Great experience Our dealership experience was great and stress less. Our salesperson Isabelle Mimeault, although only being with the dealership a short time, did her best to help us. Why go anywhere else!! Waited months to see the Highlander, went to 4 dealerships got best price at Sherwood Park but so glad we went to Kingsway.
