Awesome sales agent Kingsway Toyota staff are awesome, very professional yet very friendly. its our 2nd time to purchased a car to agent "Jorge Lima" He is perfect car agent, we were surprised when he still remember our names after a year we purchased our first toyota car, it makes us feel that we are really special. They value their customer like family. and that is Customer Service. I found the whole experience to be PERFECT and i would definitely buy from Kingsway Toyota again and again and again .

Great to deal with. There were some issues with prior manager which no longer working at the dealership. Jordan took over the issue and resolved very quickly as promised. He responded to email almost instantly, even when he's out of the dealership I would still a get reply the same day. It has been a pleasure dealing with Jordan and I would recommend others.
